Apple announced a new Thunderbolt cable in its latest product launch.
The Lightning cable was initially designed for desktops and laptops, but Apple also launched the Lightning Cable for Macs and iPads, and the Lightning Connector for MacBooks and MacBook Pros.
Apple announced the new Thunderbolt Cable for $150, which includes a USB-C to Lightning connector and the included USB-A cable.
Apple has not released pricing details for the Lightning cable yet.
However, previous reports had suggested the Lightning connector would be $100 and the USB-S cable would cost $100, so that’s likely where the difference is coming from.
